This 30 minutes free discovery call is a gentle space to talk about what you are experiencing right now. You do not need to have clear words or a full story. We can start exactly who you are. During this call , we will explore what feels dificult, confusing, or heavy for you, and look together at what kind of support might be helpful at this stage. This may include discussing whether a trauma -informed healing approach, or a customized trauma healing package, This call is not a therapy session, and there is no obrigation to begin any sessions. Nothing will be forced or rushed. This purpose of this conversation is clearity - for you to feel understood, and to sense whether working together feels right. If you are feeling unsure, overwelmed, this call offers a calm and respectful first step.
