12 sessions of consistent 1:1 support are for those ready to look within, understand themselves more deeply and move beyond repeated patterns at their own pace. These sessions are typically completed over 3-6 months, depending on your pace and availability. Through homeopathy, breathwork, and guided therapeutic sessions, we work with your emotional patterns, nervous system, and underlying belief patterns shaping your life experience as a whole.
