This 30 minutes free discovery call is a gentle space to share what you are experiencing and what you would like support with. We will look at where you are now, what feels difficult or heavy, and whether my trauma-informed support may be the right fit for you. Nothing will be forced or rushed. This is not a therapy session, and there is no obligation to continue. The purpose is clarity - for you to feel heard, understand, and able to sense whether working together feels right. Please note: Discovery calls are free of charge. However, cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may require for time and availability.
